Elementary School Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district and state guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with IEP development and goals. Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote communication skills and support student success. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid SLP license with CCC or actively engaged in CFY. Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to speech therapy services in educational environments. Passion for supporting elementary students communication growth and academic progress.
