Position Overview
Earlimart Elementary School is seeking a
temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide speech and language services to students in grades PreK5. This is a short-term assignment to support the districts needs during the start of the 20252026 school year. Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech/language IEP goals
Conduct assessments, write reports, and attend IEP meetings as needed
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Provide services in both individual and small group settings
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid California SLP license and/or CTC credential
CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows considered)
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be available onsite for the full assignment duration
