A K-12 educational setting in Manchester, CT, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support to students from Pre-K through 2nd grade. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students within Pre-K to 2nd grade Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings to discuss student progress and individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Active certification: SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), or SLP-School credential Experience working with children in early elementary school settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team Knowledge of current speech-language therapy practices and educational regulations Position Details: Location: Manchester, Connecticut (approximately 25 minutes from Norwich) Schedule: Two days per week, 0.4 FTE, from now until June 11, 2026 Work hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Format: In-person services within the school setting This role offers a chance to contribute to students' communication development within a supportive community.
