Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring additional academic support. Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teachers and specialists. Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the teaching staff. Support the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Experience working with high school students in educational or support roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and students. Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs. Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in student success. Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar role is preferred but not required.
