Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and classroom management strategies. Provide individualized support to students to reinforce learning objectives. Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, and recess as needed. Prepare instructional materials and help maintain an organized classroom. Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Support students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring additional assistance. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and educators. Ability to adapt to varying instructional methods and student needs. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering student growth. Understanding of classroom technology and educational resources is a plus.
