Key Qualifications: Valid Special Education certification (emergency certifications not accepted) Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly those with emotional and autism-related challenges Strong classroom management and individualized instructional skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Location: Easton, PA Elementary School Responsibilities: Deliver tailored special education instruction that meets individual student needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district guidelines Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and collaborate with school staff Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social and academic growth Participate in professional development and team meetings as required Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday School hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM This role offers an immediate interview opportunity with the director, who is prepared to extend offers promptly to qualified candidates.
