A school district in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential services for K-12 students. This full-time, contract position is available immediately and extends through the remainder of the school year, including Extended School Year (ESY) programs.

Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies. Provide training and consultation to school personnel to promote positive behavioral support. Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Ensure compliance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals related to behavior. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of current behavior analysis practices and educational regulations.
