A dynamic K-12 school in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expertly guided behavioral support for students throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven outcomes. Provide training and ongoing support to staff to promote positive behavioral practices. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute behavior-related expertise. Qualifications: Valid BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and principles. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
