2025-2026 Position Summary: Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This hybrid position will blend on-site work with remote responsibilities, allowing flexibility while maintaining comprehensive psychological services for our student body. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
Provide individual and group counseling focused on social, emotional, and behavioral support.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement interventions and supports.
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to ensure compliance and appropriate services.
Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives.
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
Deliver professional development and training on mental health topics.
Manage a hybrid work schedule balancing in-person and remote duties effectively.
Qualifications: Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
Experience with both in-person and remote service delivery preferred.
Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of special education law, mental health interventions, and culturally responsive practices.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
