Speech-Language Pathologist in Detroit, MI

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP - CCC) is needed for a K-12 school in Detroit, MI. This is a contract position for the normal school year (NSY). Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for students across grades K-12. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and track student outcomes. Manage a caseload of 20-30 students requiring speech and language services. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with children in a school setting preferred. Knowledge of federal and state special education regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
