A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Detroit, MI. This contract role is for the duration of the normal school year (NSY) and involves working with a caseload of 20-30 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and support overall educational goals. Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required. Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 20-30 students effectively. Knowledge of current speech-language pathology techniques and best practices. Location: Detroit, Michigan, within a public school setting serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade.
