A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school-based setting focused on middle and high school students. This contract position offers 28-30 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning the current school year (CSY) and potentially the next school year (NSY). Located in Sauk Rapids, MN, this role also includes supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to middle and high school students to support their communication needs Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Supervise and collaborate with an SLPA to enhance service delivery Document student progress and communicate effectively with educational staff and families Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure continuity of care Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within educational or healthcare settings Familiarity with school-based services, including developmental and therapeutic interventions Competence or willingness to engage in teletherapy formats Eligible to provide Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision and support Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload spread across middle and high school populations This position is ideal for professionals seeking a flexible, part-time role that balances direct therapy with supervisory responsibilities in a dynamic educational environment.
