A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a contract position for the upcoming school year (NSY) with potential for continuation into the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on providing high-quality speech-language services primarily to middle and high school students, with a caseload that requires supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Providing therapy services to students with various communication disorders. Supervising and collaborating with an SLPA to ensure effective service delivery. Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state regulations. Communicating effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Utilizing teletherapy methods as appropriate to support student outcomes. Preferred qualifications and experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience in healthcare and pediatric SLP settings. Familiarity with teletherapy practices. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility thereof. Previous experience working in school-based environments serving K-12 students. Strong organizational and supervisory skills, particularly in managing SLPA support. This position involves a 30-40 hour workweek and offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student success and communication development within an educational setting.
