Center-Based Autism Teacher
to serve an
elementary-aged caseload
at an elementary school in Minnesota. This full-time position is for the full contract school year (CSY). The ideal candidate is licensed in Minnesota and has a passion for supporting students with autism through structured, evidence-based approaches in a center-based classroom setting.

Implement IEPs and monitor student progress using data-driven practices
Utilize evidence-based strategies such as visual supports, structured teaching, and behavior supports
Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and general education staff
Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
Engage in regular communication with families and the broader school team
Qualifications: Must hold a valid
Minnesota teaching license
in special education
Experience working in center-based or autism-specific classrooms preferred
Strong understanding of ASD, behavior supports, and communication systems (e.g., AAC, PECS)
Ability to work effectively with a team and adapt to student needs
