Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services to support student well-being Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations based on data and observations Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to state and federal guidelines Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Washington state Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while addressing diverse student needs Commitment to in-person service delivery as remote work is not available for this role Position Details: Duration: August 26, 2025 December 5, 2025 Full-time equivalent (FTE): 1.0 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Location: Elementary school buildings in Washougal, WA This role is ideal for a professional eager to contribute expertise in a focused, in-person environment while supporting a substantial caseload of elementary students.
