A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in a K-12 educational setting located in Spring, TX. This part-time (0.5 FTE), onsite contract role offers a focused environment to support student communication needs through individualized therapy, testing, and participation in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments as part of student evaluations
Participate actively in ARD meetings to collaborate with educators and families on student goals
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Work independently without Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), demonstrating professional autonomy
Qualifications:
Current SLP licensure with valid CCC certification
Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
Proficiency in administering speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to commit to onsite service delivery with a flexible approach based on student needs
Location: Spring, TX onsite presence required
