A dynamic opportunity exists for Special Education Teachers to serve students across the K-12 spectrum for the 2025-2026 school year. These contract positions are located in Rockford, IL, and aim to support diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment.

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders on student outcomes. Support developing foundational skills for elementary students to build a strong educational foundation. Focus on academic achievement and independence for middle and high school students to prepare them for future success. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification for K-12. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. Strong knowledge of individualized instruction and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
