A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person support to the virtual Speech-Language Pathologist during scheduled sessions Work with K-12 students across 2-3 school sites, delivering individualized assistance and monitoring progress Assist in implementing speech and language interventions as outlined by the supervising SLP Maintain accurate documentation and report on student progress Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into daily activities Qualifications: Valid SLPA certification or licensure as required for the state of North Dakota Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed Comfortable supporting virtual therapy sessions through in-person assistance Schedule & Location: Position located in Rolette, ND Four days per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Contract duration: full school year (NSY) This role is ideal for a dedicated SLPA seeking meaningful work in an educational setting, supporting students speech and language development while collaborating closely with virtual therapy providers.
