K-12 Responsibilities: Provide direct, in-person support to students requiring speech and language intervention under the supervision of a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist. Assist in implementing treatment plans and educational activities tailored to students individual needs. Serve students across 2 to 3 school sites, ensuring consistent support throughout the week. Monitor student progress and maintain clear documentation in collaboration with the virtual SLP. Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to coordinate services and optimize student outcomes. Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Ability to manage duties across multiple locations efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with virtual providers, staff, and students.
