A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapeutic services to students in K-12 educational settings as well as within their home environments. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse student population, supporting their physical development and enhancing their ability to participate fully in school and daily activities.

Responsibilities: Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to students in both school and home settings. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Assess physical abilities and progress, documenting outcomes to meet regulatory and school requirements. Provide guidance and training to staff and caregivers to support student mobility and safety. Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services will be provided. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within educational environments. Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual student needs across diverse settings. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and reliability to manage schedules that include both school hours and home visits. Location: New Rochelle, NY This contract role spans the full school year, providing consistent professional engagement in a dynamic educational and community-based environment.
