This opportunity seeks skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles within a vibrant K-8 school setting in Lancaster, PA. Positions are contract-based for the current school year (CSY), offering a valuable chance to contribute to the development and success of children across three different school sites.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-8 students, addressing a variety of speech and communication disorders. Utilize teletherapy and in-person methods to deliver effective treatment. Collaborate with educators and families to support individualized education plans and student progress. Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support their professional development. Work alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who will assist with caseload management. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology. Availability to work 40 hours per week across three different sites. Ability to provide services in both teletherapy and healthcare environments is a plus. Willingness to support Early Career SLPs (CFYs) through supervision. Position Details: Openings for four SLPs, including a 2.0 FTE position at one site. All roles involve working with K-8 student populations. Contract role for the current school year.
