A healthcare facility is seeking four skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services across three different K-8 school sites. These full-time contract positions offer an opportunity to deliver high-quality speech therapy to pediatric students during the current school year.

Locations & Schedule: Positions based in York, PA Assignments span three different school sites Two full-time roles (2.0 FTE) at one K-8 site K-8 student population served 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluation and therapy to pediatric students Support communication needs within educational settings Implement teletherapy options as appropriate to enhance accessibility Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFYs), supporting their professional development Qualifications & Desired Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred Experience working with school-aged children in K-8 settings Ability to manage caseloads in both in-person and teletherapy formats Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged; supervision support available Familiarity with supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Benefits & Perks: Opportunities for professional growth and collaboration Supportive working environment with experienced clinical team Diverse caseload across multiple sites enriching clinical skills This contract role provides meaningful engagement supporting pediatric speech therapy within educational settings.
