Full-Time (Onsite) Pay Rate:
$40$53 per hour Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position at an elementary school in Roseville, MN. This is a resource teaching role, working with Setting III students who require support in reading, writing, academic development, and executive functioning skills. Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction to students with IEPs in a resource setting
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Offer academic support in core subjects including reading and writing
Teach executive functioning strategies to support student independence
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor and report on student progress toward IEP goals
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Requirements:
Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (required)
Experience working in a resource or similar special education setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
Ability to support students with a range of academic and executive functioning needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
