Location: Puyallup, WADuration: Contract position for the current school year Setting: Elementary School Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care and health assessments to students Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health plans Manage and document student health records accurately and confidentially Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid as necessary Promote a safe and healthy school environment through education and health monitoring Desired Qualifications: Valid LPN or LVN license in good standing Experience working in pediatric or school nursing preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with healthcare regulations and documentation standards in educational settings This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health and success of elementary school children through dedicated nursing care.
