A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year in Salinas, CA, serving elementary and middle school students. This contract position offers a dynamic environment working with a diverse caseload, primarily in-person, providing essential speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students ages 5-14. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines. Provide teletherapy services as required to complement in-person sessions. Manage a caseload averaging approximately 55 students, ensuring high-quality care. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology with a focus on school-age children. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivery of remote speech-language services. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience working in educational settings is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location: Position is based at an elementary and middle school setting in Salinas, California, with primary in-person service delivery.
