Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans to support physical, sensory, and fine motor skills required for educational success Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote inclusive learning environments Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student goals Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with a focus on pediatric and school-based practice Experience engaging with K-12 students and adapting strategies to diverse developmental needs Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with educators, families, and clinical staff Ability to maintain accurate records and provide measurable outcomes Knowledge of current school therapy protocols and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) regulations Location: Ellicott City, MD This role offers the chance to impact student learning and well-being by delivering crucial therapeutic support in a school setting.
