Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering instructional support to students across various grade levels Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment Help with preparation of instructional materials and resources Monitor and support student progress, reporting observations to teaching staff Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to meet individual student needs Desired Qualifications: Experience working with K-12 students in educational or support roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt support to different learning styles Patience, empathy, and commitment to student success Familiarity with classroom technology and educational tools is a plus Relevant paraprofessional certification or training preferred Location: Cathedral City, CA Position Type: Contract - Current School Year (CSY) This role provides an excellent platform for professionals passionate about education to contribute directly to student achievement and school community.
