Support student learning and development as a skilled paraprofessional within a dynamic K-12 educational environment located in Beaumont, CA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to diverse student needs across multiple school sites.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Key Responsibilities: Assist instructional staff by providing direct and indirect support to students in classroom and school settings. Facilitate communication and support for students and parents during high-stress or crisis situations with professionalism and care. Adapt to a flexible work environment that may require travel between buildings throughout the school day. Collaborate effectively with school personnel to support student success and promote positive learning experiences. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Familiarity with K-12 school operations and the overall educational setting. Knowledge of speech-language pathology is highly beneficial but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in challenging situations. Ability to work onsite, with travel between multiple school sites during the day as needed.
