A K-12 School Psychologist position is available for a contract assignment through the full school year. This role supports students academic, social, and emotional well-being across all grade levels, providing essential psychological services within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and academic evaluations. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students mental health and learning needs. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student concerns and develop tailored support plans. Monitor student progress and effectiveness of interventions, adjusting plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in New York State. Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational laws. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
