Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify physical therapy needs of students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom activities Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Provide recommendations and training for the use of assistive devices or adaptive equipment Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school personnel Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Commitment to promoting student independence and functional improvements Location: San Bernardino, CA Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY) This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children by supporting their physical development in an educational environment.
