Were looking for a School Psychologist to join a vibrant early childhood program supporting students aged 25 years old, most of whom are 3 or 4. These young learners present with a variety of developmental needs, including limited or nonverbal communication, social delays, and suspected autism.

Conduct developmentally appropriate evaluations, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and special educators
Support eligibility determinations and contribute to IEP development
Observe students in classroom settings to help guide team recommendations
Collaborate closely with families to help them understand their childs strengths and needs
Bring insight, compassion, and professionalism to every interaction
Program Snapshot:
Approx. 100 students enrolled at the school
Caseload includes a mix of assessments, consultations, and team planning
Most students are nonverbal or minimally verbal and benefit from high levels of support
What You Bring:
School Psychologist certification/licensure in Delaware(or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate degree in School Psychology (Ed.S., Psy.D., or equivalent)
Experience or strong interest in early childhood populations
Familiarity with autism assessment tools (e.g., ADOS, CARS, etc.) is a plus
Patience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
