Setting: Closed Door Call Center

Type: 8-week contract (with potential to convert to permanent)

Schedule: Monday Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

System: Newleaf

Start: ASAP (agreements signed)

Responsibilities: Process and verify prescription orders

Conduct client consultations and follow-up communications

Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards in all activities

Requirements: Active Kansas Pharmacist license

Recent pharmacy experience required

Retail or call center background strongly preferred

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
