Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury law, exceptional trial skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. This role involves managing cases from intake through trial, including client interaction, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and courtroom litigation. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other tort claims Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair in courtroom proceedings Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance companies and opposing counsel Maintain regular client contact and provide updates throughout the litigation process Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses to build strong cases Evaluate claims and determine case value and strategy Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with at least 3 jury trial experiences Strong knowledge of Florida personal injury law and civil procedure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently Strong negotiation and analytical skills Compensation and Location
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Location: Miami, FL
