Opportunities include: Two full-time BCBA roles for the entire school year One full-time BCBA position providing leave coverage from November through June 2026 Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Conduct assessments and provide data-driven feedback to guide instructional decisions Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working with K-12 school-aged populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation Location: Lowell, MA, with three positions available in Lawrence, MA This contract role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic educational environment while supporting student success.
