We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services to students in the Cactus, TX area. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-focused environment where you will help children enhance their communication skills and succeed in school and daily life. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, including speech and language issues. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and goals. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success. Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for students. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success.
