Were working with a hospital in northern West Virginia thats looking for an experienced
Clinical Pharmacy Manager
(not serving as PIC) to step into a key leadership role. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with a strong clinical background whos comfortable leading initiatives and supporting a large, collaborative pharmacy team. Role:
Clinical Pharmacy Manager (Non-PIC)

MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts (some weeks may be under 40 hours) No weekends or on-call coverage required Systems used:
EPIC and Pyxis Tech support:
Techs handle order filling and IV prepno order entry required Responsibilities: Lead clinical programs, including P&T Committee, Antimicrobial Stewardship, and pharmacist education Partner with the Operations Coordinator to implement clinical initiatives and improve workflows Support sterile compounding processes and maintain compounding competency Participate in policy review and updates Attend facilitysub-committee meetings and eP&T meetings Help implement initiatives and formulary changes at the site Requirements: West Virginia Pharmacist License (must be active) At least 1+ years of recent Director of Pharmacy (DOP) experience in an acute care hospital setting or at least 2 years of Clinical Pharmacy Manager experience in a hospital setting Comfortable with sterile compounding Leadership-minded with strong communication and collaboration skills To Apply:
