A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide specialized support for students at an elementary school serving kindergarten through 8th grade. This position is based in Redding, CA, and offers a contract for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy for students aged K-8. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement effective communication strategies. Maintain detailed records of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage an average caseload of 17 students. Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and staff consultations. Qualifications and Experience: Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC credential. Experience working in an elementary school setting is preferred. Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
