A school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Fairfield, CA, serving a K-12 educational setting. Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive speech and language assessments to children with a variety of communication disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and educational standards Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and facilitate communication Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student needs Qualifications desired: Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF) Experience or certification in school-based speech therapy (SLP-School) Strong skills in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders in young children, particularly preschool and elementary-aged students Ability to work on-site within the school environment Excellent communication and collaborative skills to engage with students, families, and educational teams Additional information: This position replaces a team of 12 virtual therapists, shifting services to in-person delivery Located in the Bay Area with a focus on direct, on-site interaction Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a supportive school community Qualified professionals interested in advancing their careers in educational speech therapy should apply promptly to explore this rewarding opportunity.
