A contracted role is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in Antioch, CA, for the current school year. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide targeted therapy sessions aimed at improving speech and language skills Monitor, document, and report patient progress with attention to detail Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and effective care Involve and educate families to support therapy goals and encourage home practice Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California This position is a contract assignment spanning the current school year, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact on student development in a dynamic educational setting.
