Key Responsibilities: Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans for elementary students. Provide direct support to students exhibiting speech, language, or communication disorders. Document student progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with educators and other school personnel to support student communication goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of services. Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of experience as an SLPA. Valid SLPA certification or licensure in accordance with state regulations. Strong knowledge of elementary speech and language development. Ability to work effectively with children and school staff. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location:Castroville, TX Schedule:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar year.
