Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement personalized therapy plans addressing students unique needs Deliver therapy in both individual and group formats to enhance communication abilities Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Licensed or eligible for licensure in California Background in school-based settings preferred; experience with IEPs and AAC devices is advantageous but not required Competency with teletherapy platforms desirable for remote assignments Location:Temecula, California serving K-12 school populations in an educational environment This role offers the chance to impact student growth while working within a supportive contract framework.
