Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans. Provide counseling and therapy services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Serve as a resource and provide training to school staff on topics such as mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
