Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 educational setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position covers the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support individualized educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and accurately record data on student behavior and progress
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs)
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
Participate in ongoing training and meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
Experience working in educational or clinical settings supporting children
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to challenges
