San Luis Obispo area, CA Position Overview: In this role, you'll support infusion services by preparing and verifying IV medications, working closely with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compound and verify sterile IV medications in accordance with USP standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support infusion therapy Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements Provide guidance on proper medication storage, preparation, and administration Qualifications:
Active California Pharmacist License (unrestricted) Recent experience in infusion pharmacy or hospital/clinical pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of IV compounding including chemo/oncology Ability to start immediately Why This Assignment?
