Meditech What Youll Do: Verify and enter medication orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
Support clinical services across assigned patient populations
Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor therapies and manage consults under approved protocols
Respond to emergency and critical care scenarios
What Were Looking For: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
PGY1 residency completion OR 3+ years of recent clinical pharmacy experience
Active (or eligible) Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
