Meditech environment
Inpatient duties including order verification, medication profile review, therapy monitoring, and consults
Active participation in multidisciplinary rounds and acute patient care situations
Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
PGY1 residency OR 3+ years of recent clinical hospital experience
Current or eligible Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
