Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate mobility strategies into daily routines. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet evolving needs. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational standards and regulations. Qualifications or Desired Experience: Certification or licensure as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS). Experience working with K-12 students who have visual impairments or related disabilities. Strong understanding of mobility aids, assistive technology, and environmental adaptations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to student safety and fostering independence.
