August 2025 Soliant is currently seeking a collaborative, student-centered

School Psychologist

to join our team for the

20252026 school year . This role is vital in supporting student learning, behavior, and mental health across PreK12 schools in the district.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for students suspected of having disabilities under IDEA and Section 504

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and behavior

Provide consultation and problem-solving services within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework

Participate in the development of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed

Support implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and mental health initiatives

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Required: Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program

Valid Nebraska Department of Education endorsement as a School Psychologist (or eligibility by start date)

Knowledge of Nebraska special education law, MTSS, and evidence-based intervention practices

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Preferred: Experience working in rural or bilingual school communities

Spanish language proficiency or experience working with English Learners

Familiarity with culturally responsive practices and trauma-informed care
