Salinas, CA Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students in grades 712 with speech and language services. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students in grades 712.
Maintain compliance with IEP requirements and documentation standards.
Conduct evaluations and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success.

Varies by site, typical schedules include:
8:00 AM 3:00 PM
8:30 AM 3:30 PM
8:45 AM 3:45 PM
Caseload:
Approximately 55 students Contract Dates:
July 28, 2025 May 29, 2026 Service Model:
In-person only Qualifications
Valid California SLP license and credential (no SLPA considered) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Strong knowledge of IEP processes and state compliance requirements Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $65 per hour.
