Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students across grades K-12, tailoring interventions to individual needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement IEP goals Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal educational guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student care Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota Experience working within a school environment or with pediatric populations Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with educators and families Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of developmental levels and abilities Familiarity with federal regulations related to educational services and special education Location: Andover, MN Position Type: Leave Contract | School-based physical therapy This role presents a rewarding opportunity to support students' physical development and academic success during a key transitional period.
